1.1 Complaints about deliveries must be submitted to Nedelko within 10 working days after delivery to enable us to resolve the complaint and investigate the cause and validity of the complaint.

1.2 Returns are only permitted if Nedelko has given its express written permission to do so, while the costs of such returns are for the account of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 If Nedelko has delivered an article other than stated on the original order of the customer, this may be returned. This also applies to products that show defects. Nedelko will not charge any additional costs for this. However, the correct article must be delivered subsequently.

1.4 A customer has ordered too much or an incorrect stock article from Nedelko. These goods may be returned. The costs charged for this are 20% of the net value of the goods with a minimum of € 25. Goods must be returned at the expense of the customer.

1.5 The customer wants to return an item that was specially produced for him or ordered from the manufacturer and that is otherwise not saleable for Nedelko. These may not be returned.

1.6 Returned goods must be unused, in their original and undamaged packaging.

1.7 The customer must always return the goods with the return number provided by Nedelko. Returns without a number will not be processed.
